            Abstract :
Toluene diisocyanate (TDI), Polyether diol, and diethylenetriamine were used to synthesize the A-component of adhesives. B-component was prepared by the EP (E-51) and acetic ether. A series of polyurethane adhesive was obtained by A-component and B-component in different proportions. Infrared spectrum, peel strength, shear strength and bibulous rate were measured, the results indicated that the sample had a highest peel strength, shear strength and lowest water absorption, when the ratio of curing agent and adhesive was 1:10.
