  • Abstract
Firstly, the system subcarrier distribution, power distribution, transmission selection and relay choice of the unite objective function is proposed in this paper. Secondly, we use the improved AHP algorithm based on the system weighted coefficient, in which the priority of the users can be scheduled by the value of the weighted coefficient. Meanwhile, to achieve balance between the system throughput and the fairness of the users , the paper proposes a bit power allocation algorithm with fair constraint. Simulations show that compared to the traditional fair resource scheduling algorithm, the two algorithms both increase the fairness in the users´ access, but this improvement is based on the utilization of the system spectrum resources.
