  • Abstract
Network resources for Mobile Communication have been increasingly scarce, especially bandwidth, as data services developing so quickly nowadays. Improvement of resource allocation efficiency has to be highly appreciated. We propose an optimization model based on priority pricing to ameliorate the traffic load pressure. The Differentiated Services framework (DiffServ) has been proposed to provide multiple Qualities of Services over IP networks. QoS plays an even more essential role on mobile data services. So the priority pricing based optimal network resources allocation (PBORA) scheme we proposed covers bandwidth allocation for different service quality levels. Simulation results are provided to resolve and revise the optimization model, and to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed optimization scheme in bandwidth allocation for different classes of services.
