Abstract :
Reentrant cavity resonator partially loaded with dielectric is analyzed numerically using finite element method and commercial software HFSS. The lowest mode resonant wavelengths are calculated for different values of dielectric permittivity and sizes of the insert in capacitance gap. Obtained data can be used in computer-aided design of various microwave devices on the reentrant resonator.
