  • Abstract
    The mathematical models and software systems for the analysis of high-precision thermal stabilization of resonators based on bulk acoustic waves, taking into account non-stationary thermal processes are developed. A comparative analysis of the dynamic properties of thermal stabilization of various types and assesses their effectiveness are made.
