  • Abstract
    Measurement module was developed to measure the energy and power of laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.5-12 microns. It includes an uncooled bolometer based on VOx and the electrical circuit for processing the data. This module provides an independent parallel measurement. It can be used in industry and research.
