Abstract :
The shape effects in the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) of 2D arrays of nanosize Permalloy rectangles made of NiFe film with Cu cap prepared using interference lithography and ion milling were investigated. The angular dependence of the FMR was measured at room temperature at 9.78 GHz both in-plane and out-of-plane geometry.
