            Abstract : 
Based on the optimization of mother wavelets, a new method for detecting time-frequency of signals using continuous wavelet transform is proposed. This method satisfies the distinguishing rate for detecting time-frequency because it uses more than one mother wavelet to decompose signals. Theoretical analysis and computer simulations show that the proposed scheme is effective
