Abstract :
Summary form only given. The tunable dual wavelength external cavity diode laser exhibits interesting frequency tracking characteristics. The frequencies of the dual-wavelength output track to each other. Therefore, stabilizing either mode stabilizes the other. We demonstrate a factor of five improvements in frequency stability of the beat signal.
