Abstract :
The fractional power models for selecting shrinkage and thresholding values are given in wavelet denoising approaches. Some criteria and algorithm for selecting optimal shrinkage and thresholding value are derived through analysing several well-known shrinkage and thresholding policies and use them in 2D signal denoising. The simulation shows that these criteria are useful in the common sense
