Abstract :
A circular hole in a metal plane is covered by oblate spheroidal lenses of equal dimensions that are anti-isorefractive to each other and located on opposite sides of the hole. The structure is surrounded by free space and illuminated by an electric dipole located on the axis of symmetry of the structure and axially oriented. The exact solution to the boundary-value problem is obtained as infinite series of oblate spheroidal wavefunctions, in the phasor domain.
