Abstract :
As Chairman of the conference I am pleased to welcome participants to RFM2011 - the fourth in the RFM series of conferences initiated by the Malaysian IEEE Antennas and Propagation/Microwave Theory and Techniques/Electromagnetic Compatibility chapter. The conference is supported by IEEE Malaysia Section, with the co-operation of several Malaysian universities. As in the past, the conference Secretariat is located at Microwave Technology Centre of Universiti Teknologi MARA.
