Abstract :
The validation problem using time-domain experimental data is studied for multirate linear fractional uncertain models. First we give the necessary and sufficient conditions to the Caratheodory-Fejer interpolation problem with nest operator constraints. The validation tests are then given based on the above conditions and the lifting technique. Tractable convex optimization methods can be used to solve the validation problems
