Abstract :
A kind of freely-rotary fiber-optic accelerometer with liquid mass is designed, the design constitution of this sensor cantilever and the work principle analysis of corresponding to this sensor cantilever is given, the mathematical relationships between acceleration signal and the output phase are presented. Explaining the characteristic of this kind of freely-rotary fiber-optic accelerometer with liquid mass, it can detects the acceleration at the level 360 degree and the vertical direction.
