Abstract :
High-density magnetic recording flexible disk with CoPtCr-SiO2 magnetic layer prepared by sputtering with low-temperature process and the use polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) film for the substrate was investigated. The structures were analyzed using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Surface resistances were also measured.
