  • Abstract
Employees´ tasks always change according to the reengineering of the business processes. IT solutions applied by enterprises develop continuously. These changes and developments may influence users´ access to the more and more complex IT systems. The management of changes, access requests, departing employees and other problems are usually not included in the strengths of today´s companies. This paper gives an overview of the requirements of modern user identity and access management from the point of view of IT security and organization.
