Abstract :
Land combat may be described as a nonlinear dynamical system composed of many interacting semi autonomous and hierarchically organized agent continuously adapting to a changing environment. From this point of view agent based structures are suited for modeling and simulating of Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS). Our proposed architecture is a two layer improved hybrid agent architecture and is much more effective for combat solutions than the previous ones. Experiments show that it can be used for military exercises and may be in real combat situation as a decision support tool for the military decision maker-the commander.
