Abstract :
In this paper we compare various methods to improve the transient stability of wind farm and HVDC. Mainly it considered for fault recovery problem associated with doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind farm and a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) with high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission.
