Abstract :
Semantic web links together and defines various parameters leading to user/customer satisfaction. Therefore it is important to identify the aspects of various customer satisfaction areas in online businesses, which can support semantic web. When recollecting about parameters in e-commerce, we will come automatically to the question: ´What are then these parameters ? Where do they lead to? There is a simple way of answering this question: Customer satisfaction. This means a high quality website, performing well in an expected way and comes out with a meaningful result can lead to customer satisfaction has to be semantic.
