  • Abstract
    With the development of the Internet and computer, the application and the research of streaming media technology are developed rapidly. How to assign reasonably resources among different media nodes become hot spots. We proposed a new load balancing method based on simulated annealing algorithm in streaming media system. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively increase the utilization percentage of the system resources.
