Abstract
The dynamics of RR interval series is investigated in normal sinus rhythm (NSR) and during Atrial Fibrillation (AF) episodes by using parameters extracted through a time-variant identification of an autoregressive (AR) model and non-linear measurements based on the Corrected Conditional Entropy (CCE). Significant differences were found in the two epochs. Results suggest a possible use of the proposed indexes in the detection of AF episodes
