Abstract :
A behavior model for soft MnZn ferrites is presented. This model necessitates a few pieces of data and simulates accurately the evolution of the flux density and the induced EMF versus time and the flux density versus the applied field for particular excitations used in power electronics and for temperature ranging from 40°C to 140°C and a large domain of frequencies. A number of comparisons between measured and simulated results have been carried out and good agreement is found
