Abstract :
Changing engineering testing parameters will affect the performance parameters of the test piece when engineering testing is being carried out. Since measurements of the performance parameters are often inaccurate, the measured data (xi, yi) are often assumed the form of (xi±Δxi, y i±Δyi). For this reason, the prediction model with fuzzy reasoning is set up according to the fuzzy set-valued statistics reasoning, and it is applied to predict engineering testing performance parameters. A method to alter the original fuzzy implication relation is discussed when the predicted results differ from actual results. Finally, this paper analyzes and predicts the effects of welding temperature on the tensile strength of welding joint taking vacuum diffusion welding of 35 CrMo steel as an example, and the prediction results show that the method is practical and feasible
