Abstract :
In order to solve the contradictions between the accuracy and the number of sub-spaces in general fuzzy systems, the paper proposes a rule based fuzzy-neural network. It uses several rules that describe the system´s main characteristics, and represents the system to a certain degree. Finally, it completes creating the rules and refining the parameters
