Abstract :
The liner synchronous generator is developed. In most of the vehicles, vibration occurs. Mechanical dampers and other facilities absorb energy of vibration of the vehicle. So the energy of the vibration is consumed wastefully. Using the linear generator, energy of the vibration is converted to electrical energy. The experimental device is developed and method of the experiment and basic characteristics of the linear generator system is shown. The linear synchronous generator using mechanical vibration is developed. The concept of the experimental device is shown, and basic characteristics are investigated. The generated voltage by the various mechanical vibrations is discussed for further research.
