Abstract :
With the rapid development of cellular mobile communication network, it provides a good chance to access to the Internet for so many Mobile Intelligent Terminals via the cellular network. Through this medium, lots of terminals (mobile and stationary ones are included) would get or exchange message with entities on the internet. This article firstly builds a model that smart nodes link the Internet based on cellular network among a MAN. Then a new viewpoint of address resolution is presented.
