Abstract :
This paper presents and realizes several ways to analyze the wireless signal based on signal strength in indoor location systems.First of all, this paper analyzes the wireless signal area features and fingerprint map features of WLAN, and proposesthe methods to improve the identification of fingerprint map and its suitability. Then it proposes self-adaptive mean filtering and self-adaptive algorithms choice as well as AP choice, which based on the research and analysis to the statistical property of wireless signal. From simulation results, these methods canimprove the positioning accuracy about 28%.
