Abstract :
In this work, we investigate in details the temperature dependence of static and dynamic magnetic properties in three types of AF/F/AF multilayers consisting of NiMn as AF-layer and Co90Fe10, Co50Fe50 and Co35Fe65 as F-layer, respectively. The static magnetic properties have been investigated in the temperature range of 20°C-400°C by means of vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The microwave permeability of these layers has been measured up to 300°C with a permeameter using the heating capability. To allow a full dynamic characterization (up to 6 GHz) including the ferromagnetic resonance the thickness of the F-layers have been setup at 700 Å which lead to a theoretical 4 GHz resonance frequency.
