  • Abstract
    Based on the notion of Semantic Sensor Networks, a novel task description method and task composition reasoning mechanism was proposed for wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Through the analysis using Formal Description Logic Theory and an example on WSN application on traffic control, we proved the feasibility of the idea above. The result of this paper provided a foundational basis for research on Semantic Sensor Networks.
