Abstract
In the paper, aiming at mass-data aerial-images, a multipurpose system has been proposed. The system is based on c/s architecture design mode and supported by Oracle9i Database Server. On the implementation, C# .net technology has been adopted. In the process of image processing, several advanced international algorithms have been effectively amended and applied, like Retinex, SIFT, and Pyramid. With the system, many roles have been accomplished, such as authority management, automatically data input, image interpretation management, mass data maintenance, giant image process and annotation etc.
