Abstract :
This paper presents a comparison between some integration schemes for weak singular kernels for 2D and 3D boundary element problems. A self-adaptative coordinate transformation is used in order to evaluate integrals with singularities of order O[ln (r)] for 2D harmonic problems and of order O(1/r) for 3D steady state and harmonic problems and it is compared with approximated analytical results and a domain subdivision scheme.
