Abstract :
In order to assure the high efficiency and accuracy of dealing with emergency incidents, it´s the essential factor of dispatching the materials and human resource in time. Electronic image hotspot map can visually present the status of resources scheduling in different areas. AJAX engine can make a bridge between client side and server side. Furthermore, it makes the separation of web-page and application. In our paper, two data response strategies which not only drop the load of client side and server side but also greatly shorten the response time are proposed for optimizing the response efficiency in the process of clients´ asynchronous requests. Experiments suggest that the designed emergency managing and scheduling platform with electronic image hotspot map by using AJAX can dynamically monitor the real-time data of scheduling resources and make the submitted serious faults effectively show in electronic image hotspot map. Meanwhile, the scheme based on data response strategies could further make the program´s performance better.
