  • Abstract
    Power supply tests are performed to determine whether the power supply meets established performance requirements, so it is very important to know power supply specifications before the test are defined. Power supply load dynamic characteristic is perhaps one of the most important single specification as it will influence many aspects of system operation and performance. Here we give out a methods to prognosticate the load dynamic characteristic: set up an ATE (automatic test equipment) system, sample the dynamic procedure of power source with load up and down in time domain, then found a black model using system identification technology, later this black model could be used to prognosticate the load dynamic characteristic of power source.
