Abstract :
The dynamic gain spectrum equalization of EDFAs using an array of optoceramic filters with controlled temperature dependency is presented. By using feedback or feed-forward control scheme, ripple in the EDFA gain bandwidth can be kept below 0.8 dB over the entire C-band.
