Abstract :
The paper presents a filter with 4th order gm-C large tuning band range; it uses low voltage and is based on an active inductor. The filter is realized in a 0.25-μm CMOS process. Simulated performance is presented showing that the filter can operate in the 0.4-2.4 GHz frequency band with a 2.5 V power supply.
