Abstract :
The influence of the randomness in oscillator free-running frequency on the beam direction of coupled oscillator array is studied. A post-manufacturing method is proposed to correct beam-pointing error resulted from this random variation. Both simulation and experimental results are presented and discussed to demonstrate the feasibility of this method to improve the reproducibility of coupled oscillator array.
