Abstract :
The article begins with the particularity of the 3G user in high-speed railway, then divides the user terminals into different groups according to the regularity of the movement, and takes the method of appropriate location management to save the overhead of paging. Oriented paging is used for the stationary user, tracking paging is used for the regularity mobile user, and queued packet paging is used for the irregularity mobile user, all of above approach is adopted to improve the efficiency of location management.
