Abstract :
In this paper, 2-Dimension (2-D) queuing models are constructed to satisfy multiple service requirements of users in LTE network system. Then a self-configuring and self-optimizing model, which can be also called self-managing model, 2-D Model II, is created to make some improvement of 2-D Model I, and also to decrease the call block rate and improve QoS for users, especially for handover users. Simulation results show that the call block rate of handover is decreased.
