Abstract :
LMRE is a key tool for railway maintenance, whose function is lifting and moving the rail for repairing. The LMRETB is designed for testing the LMRE lifting high, lifting pressure and sinkage after 3 minutes keeping pressure. The pressure loading system of the test bench is an electric-hydraulic pressure servo control system. Because the overshoot and slow response of the pressure hydraulic control system, which affect the dynamic performance, therefore, the pressure control strategy is the main research object in this paper. Firstly, the pressure control system mathematic model was established, and the open loop transfer function of the valve controlled system was obtained via the model. Secondly, the pressure control system characteristics were analyzed via the transfer function. Finally, according to the fuzzy control theory, the fuzzy PID controller was designed. The experiments show that the performance of pressure control system of the test bench is obviously improved.
