Abstract :
Green cognitive radio (GCR) is a cognitive radio (CR) which is aware of sustainable development (SD) and takes it as an additional constraint in the decision making function of the cognitive cycle. In this paper, it is explained how the sensors of the different layers of our CR model could contribute to take the right decision for sustainable development.
