Abstract
In this paper, we present an implementation of 3D (dimensional) DMB receiver for 3D data service that is to provide T-DMB users with a variety of stereoscopic image as a form of interactive data service. The presented receiver is designed and implemented to perform the functionalities for 3D data service such as parsing of scene description, decoding and rendering of stereoscopic image pairs in accordance with MPEG-4 BIFS technology. Finally, the performance of implemented receiver is confirmed by showing the successful 3D viewing of image contents on the plain of T-DMB video under the experimental broadcasting environment.
