Abstract :
Studies a method to determine the temperature of aluminum production and introduces the system of an intelligent temperature measurement meter for an aluminum production cell, which was mainly made up of 80C31, 81C55, 28C64, AD521 and 14433. We measured the temperature in aluminum electrolyte and analyzed the processes of the temperature rising of a thermocouple, obtained a mathematical model by the heat transfer rule, and made the program appropriate to the hardware. Experimental results show that the relative error between the intelligent measurement and the ordinary one is less than 0.5%, and the lifetime of the thermocouple is much longer, so the thermometer we designed is valuable in aluminum production
