Abstract
A new method of power quality comprehensive evaluation is proposed in this paper. By using the improved-ICA, individual indexes can be reasonably analyzed, and the direction of independent data in the feature space can be found. Base on this direction, the weight of each index can be determined dynamically in the comprehensive analysis. Then, with TOPSIS method, quality monitoring points and standard level point can be compared and evaluated reasonably. This method according to the data of the space structure to determine the importance of different indicators, don´t need subjective parameters such as membership function. Moreover, this method which has the advantages of simple principle, clear conception and high feasibility, is improved to be more objective in regional grid comprehensive evaluation.
