Abstract :
Base on the launch mechanism and structure characteristic of rarefaction wave gun, interior ballistic gas dynamic model of it applying the inertial breech that considering the dynamic opening process of went equipment is established. By calculating the model the distribution of interior ballistic parameters in the launch process are also discussed, and then by contrasting the distribution of press, temperature, recoil force and recoil momentum of the same type general gun. It is concluded that rarefaction wave gun can extremely reduce recoil momentum to 88.3% and reduce the barrel temperature to 34.1% without effect the muzzle velocity under the same loading condition.
