Abstract :
The temperature control method of electrical heating is utilized, which adopts Fuzzy-PID control arithmetic and realizes steady temperature control by controlling the heating power. The Fuzzy-PID control of electrical heating in the calibration system for large diameter heatmeters is simulated in this paper. Its results indicate that the control method, whose control precision is between plusmn0.1degC, can improve the temperature stability, reduce the energy consume, and good robustness.
