Abstract :
This paper presents a closed-loop controller for automatically adjust motion-JPEG video streaming parameters for mobile devices such as PDAs and smart phones. The controller aims to mitigate the effects of bandwidth fluctuations, thus providing an optimal trade-off between image quality and resolution.
