Abstract :
Summary form only given. A suite of optical sensors based on diffractive optical components are shown. Specifically, sensors for the determination of angular and linear displacement and velocities based on common-path interferometry and speckle motions are described. Analytical expressions for the governing parameters such as speckle size, speckle decorrelation and time-lagged crosscovariances have been obtained using the method of complex ABCD-matrices.
