Abstract :
This paper presents a novel ramp voltage supply (RVS) for digital CMOS circuits. RVS is a type of adiabatic circuit that can apply to ordinary digital CMOS circuits. We have used a 127-stage CMOS inverter chain to verify the circuit operation and performance of the RVS measured a power saving of 41.76%.
