Abstract :
In view of the structural features of wheel loader, the conditions for maintaining longitudinal and latitudinal stability in case of alignment and those in case of turning. The anti-roll monitoring and early warning plan is proposed based on the mechanical model when the load is rolling. And embedded technology is used in development of software and hardware platform of the early warning system, which makes the anti-roll early warning plan practical. Through a number of tests, this plan is proved to have an effectiveness of above 85%, with the software and hardware being reliable and stable.
