Abstract :
On the basis of researching definition and measurement method of roundness error of shaft parts, the evaluation model of roundness error based on genetic algorithm with transfer-operator is established. By means of a new idea based on genetic algorithm with transfer-operator for roundness error which meets the minimum zone method, traditional genetic algorithm was made some suggestions for improvement. The global optimization can theoretically be acquired. The simulation results show that the method is valid at variable global scope, and can correctly evaluate the roundness error of shaft parts.
